New Captain America Fine Art Statue

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Steve Rogers served his country for decades as Captain America, one of the true legends in Marvel Comics lore. When Cap was tragically killed in the aftermath of The Civil War, one man had the courage to stand up and take on the mantle of his mentor: none other than James Buchanan Barnes - once Rogers’ sidekick Bucky and more recently the operative known as The Winter Soldier. With Iron Man’s help he has become the NEW CAPTAIN AMERICA, a hero for a new generation!

Like his previous incarnation in the Winter Soldier Fine Art Statue, the New Captain America is dynamically posed flying through the air, crashing into three Hydra troopers. Also sculpted by Junnosuke Abe the modern American hero is outfitted in his current costume, blending the traditional with the new. The classic red, white, and blue are offset by the new black bodysuit, complete with utility belt, combat knife, and pistol! Of course, he is clutching Rogers’ original iconic shield. The hero’s face is a grimace of anger and determination as he dispenses his own brand of justice.

Standing 13 inches tall, the New Captain America has the same high-quality cold cast porcelain construction that all of The Kotobukiya Collection shares, and is a limited, numbered edition. His base forms the other half of the Captain America shield symbol, matching up with the Winter Soldier Fine Art Statue’s so the two heroes can fight back to back in a stunning diorama scene!
